Open a text file in notepad and write:
Dim msg, sapimsg=InputBox("Enter your text","Talk it")Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")sapi.Speak msg
Save the file with a (*.vbs) extension, it will create a VBScript File.Now�open the saved file, input the text and press ok."

this works in xp,may be in vista also.
